Notices are also displayed on the physical notice board at the institute. In case of any difference, the notice displayed at the institute prevails.
Candidates seeking admission to CTS courses for the 2026–27 session are advised to apply through the West Bengal centralised online ITI admission portal. Please check the portal for the current schedule, merit list dates and counselling instructions.
Candidates called for counselling must report to the institute office with original documents (Madhyamik / Class X admit and marksheet, age proof, caste certificate where applicable, and recent passport photographs) along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
Trainees appearing in the All India Trade Test are instructed to collect admit cards from the institute office and to verify their particulars on the NCVT MIS portal. Report to the examination hall 30 minutes before the reporting time.
All passing-out trainees should register on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme portal. The Training & Placement Cell will assist with registration during office hours.
